Quality and safety
Good care should be verifiable. This is how we safeguard quality, and where you can turn if something goes wrong.
- Kiwa ISO 9001Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001 and is audited externally every year by Kiwa. That means documented working processes, measuring results and continuous improvement.
- Recognised training company (SBB)We train vocational (MBO) students under the guidance of a workplace trainer, in a safe learning environment. The recognition is granted and reviewed by SBB.
- Registered professionalsYouth support workers are SKJ-registered. All staff provide a Certificate of Conduct (VOG) before they start.
- 8-phase modelA proven method (Movisie) for support with needs across several areas of life: from sign-up and intake, through analysis, planning and implementation, to evaluation and moving on.
- Presence approachFollowing the other person's rhythm, being close rather than distant, and putting the relationship before the technique. The whole team is trained in this.
- Wkkgz and reporting codeWe comply with the Dutch Care Quality, Complaints and Disputes Act (Wkkgz): an independent complaints procedure, safe reporting of incidents, and the reporting code for domestic violence and child abuse.

Client confidential adviser
At Darna Care we believe it is important that our clients feel heard and safe. That is why we have a client confidential adviser, an independent professional who supports you if you have a care-related question, concern or complaint.
For this we are affiliated with the VertrouwensUnie. The confidential advisers of the VertrouwensUnie offer a listening ear, give advice and help you raise concerns or problems within the care provided. This always happens in confidence, and no one else is informed without your consent.
Wil je meer weten over wat een cliëntvertrouwenspersoon voor jou kan betekenen? Bekijk dan de brochure van de VertrouwensUnie voor uitgebreide informatie.
