Our outreach support in Nijmegen is for young people from the age of 12 and adults who are stuck in one or more areas of their lives.

- A programme starts with an introductory meeting in which we calmly map out your situation. We look at where you are now and what you need to move forward.
- From there we set the goals together. No big, abstract plans, but concrete steps that are achievable. During the support we actively work on these, in your own surroundings.
- We keep evaluating and adjusting. That way we make sure the support stays a good fit and that real progress is made.

In Nijmegen, access for adults runs through the Buurtteams Volwassenen (neighbourhood teams for adults) in your own area, and for young people through the Buurtteams Jeugd en Gezin (neighbourhood teams for youth and family).
